Lucy Busuttil has over 15 years of experience in Food Styling and Food Editing for leading Print and Broadcast brands in Food media in Australia.  This career is complimented by a foundation as a leading chef for internationally renowned restaurants in the UK, US, France and Australia.

After working for over 15 years as a chef for some of the world’s top restaurants, Lucy entered the food media space as a recipe writer and food editor.  Her extensive experience and deep understanding of food provide a strong foundation and a unique level of accessibility for her clients and their target audiences.

In 2017 Lucy joined Delicious as Food Editor to Delicious on Sunday in Stellar magazine, working closely with chef contributors to make their culinary executions practicable before moving onto food styling for their video productions for their websites and social media platforms.  The network she has created not only keeps her industry knowledge current but has broadened her expertise from the print and now digital and broadcast spaces.

Based in Sydney, Lucy now works on a freelance basis as a food stylist, recipe writer and food editor, with a focus on editorial, digital and advertising content.  Curating beautiful editorial videos on food and drink and styling editorial, advertising and promotional content for the country’s most recognisable names in cuisine.
